References on the Platform to "GDC", "ORE", "ORE Part 1", "Paper A", "Paper B", and similar terms are used strictly for identification, descriptive, and nominative fair-use purposes to indicate the examination and syllabus that MentoraMed's practice materials are designed to help you revise for. All trade marks, service marks, and names are the property of their respective owners. No sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation is claimed or implied by such use.

4. No guarantee of exam outcome or registration

Diagnostic pass-rate estimates, mastery scores, item-response-theory (IRT) metrics, and similar figures generated by the Platform are indicative self-assessment statistics only. They are not predictions of actual exam performance.

MentoraMed provides no guarantee, express or implied, that using the Platform will result in:

• passing the GDC ORE Part 1 examination (or any part of it); or
• obtaining registration with the General Dental Council or any other body.

Actual results depend on many factors outside MentoraMed's control, including your own preparation, the examining body's standards, and exam conditions. MentoraMed is not liable for exam outcomes.
